Happy Memorial Day everyone!

I am busily working away, so no three day weekend for me. But it's okay because next weekend I get to have a mini getaway and explore the other Portland: Portland, Maine.  ;)

Simplicity Patterns

Here are my Spring designs for Simplicity patterns and both of them (1876 &1877) are currently available for sale here online, and in a JoAnn's or fabric store near you!



I love how the final packaging turned out.  This weekend while perusing Pinterest, I came across someone who had sewn one of the patterns. Demi did such a great job on the dress, I just had to share!

Caitlin Bellah

While searching for something on my old laptop recently, I came across these beautiful photos that were taken by Caitlin Bellah about a year ago in a shoot we did at my studio. I loved them then, but didn't get a chance to post them before I got side-tracked with too much work.

It's kind of nice to re-discover them all over again. I think I love them even more now, having a chance to fall in love with them a second time.

Aren't they lovely? Caitlin is so talented, and I always look forward to seeing more of her ethereal, vibrant and emotionally charged images. You can see more on her website here.
